All online orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders received on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days.

Our promise to you is excellence, simply delivered. That’s why we choose a network of couriers for Australia-wide shipping based on the best delivery timeframes.
We offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. The delivery time estimate for Standard Shipping is 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch and the delivery time estimate for Express Shipping is 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight and delivery location.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and endeavour to ensure you purchase the solution that’s right for you by making available fully-functional trial software, where possible, as well as comprehensive product information and hardware specs.
Bellridge does not normally provide refunds / returns where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. In some cases, we will however, accept returns for Kanguru products (excluding DVD duplicators, hard drive duplicators, clearance items, custom orders and volume purchases) within 30 days of purchase where the item(s) are unused and undamaged, and in original packaging in their original condition, subject to a restocking fee.
